Have to manually install, WEP doesn't work. Low power usage. You have to reflash the ROMs with a kernel that has wireless extensions enabled, install the iwconfig package, and write a bash script to set all the WEP parameters. In other words, it's not trivial, but it is straightforward if you have a good roadmap. You can refer people to http://www.cypherpunks.ca/zaurus/socket.html which can provide a good staring point. (Or just install Open Zaurus)
LinkSys WCF11 500Feet@11Mbps

Doesn't block ports for the most part. Does block stylus port, but plastic stylus can bend a little bit to get out. Some versions don't work with the Zaurus ROM less then 1.12

Doug has put up a wireless card battery comparision here.
