General Information

The Applicant Processing Program responds to authorized agencies that submit request for criminal history record information for employment and volunteer positions, and licensing and certification. This program coordinates processing of applicant fingerprint transactions, determines statutory authorization and serves as a liaison for client agencies in the resolution of applicant related issues. This program is also responsible for reviewing criminal history records to ensure compliance with statutory and other legal requirements.
