Qscmxx
Qscmxx is a graphical frontend for Siemens mobile phones. It allows you
to send SMS from your Zaurus using different phonebooks of your mobile
phone. You have to transfer the phonebooks to the zaurus using this tool.
Phone numbers can be selected using the drop down menu on the first tab or
by clicking on the phone book entry on the second tab.
For information: SM is the SIM telephone book,
LD are the SIM Last Dialing numbers,
OW is the OWn number and
CD are the Callback Dialing numbers (answered calls).
Since IrDA is used to transfer phone books and SMS, the programm takes
care of enabled IrDA. If IrDA wasn't switched on, Qscmxx
enables IrDA during programm start and disables during programm shutdown.
SCMxx is a console program that allows you to exchange certain types of
data with mobile phones made by Siemens. Some of the data types that can
be exchanged are logos, ring tones, vCalendars, phonebook entries, and
SMS messages. It works with the following models: S25, S35i, M35i and C35i,
SL4x, S45, ME45 and C45 and probably others.
It basically uses the AT command set published by Siemens
(with some other, additional resources).
