Information:   The Sacramento Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying a suspect who kidnaped and sexually assaulted a 13 year-old female.
  
Modus Operandi Summary:  On December 13, 2001, at 1930 hours, the victim was walking in the vicinity of Grove Avenue and Christine Drive in Sacramento, California, when an unknown suspect grabbed her from behind.  The suspect dragged the victim behind a tree and sexually assaulted her. The victim fought the suspect and was eventually able to escape when the suspect was frightened away by the lights of a passing vehicle.  During the struggle, the suspect's mask was partially displaced, allowing the victim to notice a scar on the left side of his face.
