Part of the upgrade is a requirement to log in when you edit a page. It's just to assign a name to whoever did the changes. Passwords are not required.

Where do we submit new rules?

• You can go to the page that you think is most appropriate and select the EditText or Edit link at the bottom, add the rule, then click on the preview and/or save button. See the WikiFormatting page for notes and comments dealing with formatting rules and text within this Wiki site.
• Another option is to start your own page and link it to the HomePage. Check the HowToUseWiki page for details.
• A third option is to submit them to Chris. See his web page listed below for details.
