mvb 1.5.7
Changed an additional use of the "tr -C" command that
escaped my attention when I was working on version
1.5.6. Additionally added a little code to change all
filename extensions to lowercase. In the future I may
add an option to mvb to force uppercase, force lowercase
or leave the case of the letters alone, for the filename,
the filename extension, or both.

mvb 1.5.6
Changed the use of the tr command to use option -c instead
of -C. Not all versions of the tr command include the -C
option, which caused complaints on some systems (such as
Mandrake Linux 9.2).

mvb (previous versions)
Versions of mvb prior to 1.5.6 did not have their changes
logged.
