Yes, Xi Graphics sells their Accelerated-X product for FreeBSD and other Intel based systems.

This high performance X Server offers easy configuration, support for multiple concurrent video boards and is distributed in binary form only, in a unified diskette distribution for FreeBSD and Linux.

There is a free "compatibility demo" of version 3.1 available.

Xi Graphics also sells Motif and CDE for FreeBSD (see above).
